Program plans are developed to coordinate a set of activities for a student designed within an outcomes oriented process that promotes movement from school to post-school activities. Plans are based upon the individual student’s needs, taking into account the student’s preferences and interests.

Provides training and assistance in a wide variety of engaging activities to high school students (ages 18-22) with significant developmental disabilities in seeking and sustaining employment and overcoming barriers for a better quality of life as they transition from high school
to adulthood.

Curriculum includes instruction, community experiences, the development of employment and other post-school adult living objectives, and acquisition of daily
living skills and functional vocational
evaluations as appropriate.
Once securing employment, the new (tax-paying) employee is assisted in learning all aspects of their job, whereby guaranteeing the employer 100% satisfaction.
For those students who require additional time and support to achieve their goal of “paid work” they will have a “safety net” to reduce isolation and gaps in service. This safety net would allow the student to be placed in another agency program after they leave high school.
